Modo de empleo

Empezar siempre por la más ligera (37 g), aunque parezca fácil. El objetivo no es el reto, es la técnica.

Usar lubricante de base agua para la inserción. Insertar dejando el cordón de retiro fuera.

⚠️ Solo lubricante de base agua. El lubricante de silicona degrada la superficie de los juguetes de silicona y los arruina de forma permanente.

Sesiones de 15 a 20 minutos, y no todos los días al principio. El suelo pélvico necesita descanso entre sesiones como cualquier músculo.

Cuándo subir de peso: cuando puedas sostener la bola actual durante 20 minutos, caminando y de pie, sin esfuerzo consciente ni sensación de que se desliza. Si el peso siguiente se siente imposible, quedarse otra semana o dos en el actual. No hay prisa y saltar niveles no acelera nada.

Para retirar, tirar del cordón con suavidad mientras se relaja el músculo.

Lavar con agua tibia y jabón neutro o limpiador de juguetes después de cada uso. Secar por completo y guardar en bolsa de tela.

How to Use

Always start with the lightest (37 g), even if it seems easy. The goal isn't challenge, it's technique.

Use water-based lubricant for insertion. Insert leaving the retrieval cord outside.
